Last minute Winter gifts for yourself or a loved one

What's up Bald Heads?! It's about time for me to pop up out of nowhere with some snacks asking how y'all doing... so...how yall doing?

If you are new here WELCOME, I'm Jin, in this blog my focus is always on self-care as it pertains to your whole being. That's mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I share things that have worked for me, things that others have shared with me that have worked for them, and things I've learned or studied as a way to help those who may want or need it.

Now that we have that out of the way let's get to it.

I want to keep it light. We are very close to 2022 and with seasonal affective disorder lingering its ugly head around bouncing from house to house, Corona transforming into Optimus Prime, and the holiday season stressing everyone out I think we all need to show ourselves a little extra love. If you are like me you give gifts all year round so you may not plan on giving gifts or you don't care if they come before Christmas or during Kwanza. The winter can be a more challenging time for some so I've created a list of items under $50 dollars for a person you may want to send a little extra love to this winter.

THE COMFY Original | Oversized Microfiber & Sherpa Wearable Blanket. This is a great gift for the person who is always cold but also finds comfort in an extra cozy blanket https://amzn.to/3q3F9xT

Next, we have the Light Therapy Lamp. I love my light therapy lamp. As I've shared before I don't get enough actual sunlight during the winter months so I invested in a light therapy lamp. I've noticed a drastic change in my winter mood since adding this to my self-care kit.

Y'all know I think journaling is the key to many things so I had to add the

Daily Gratitude Journal for Women – Daily Guided Self Care Journal & Writing Notebook I Manifestation, Mindfulness, Mental Health, Anti Anxiety Book, Affirmation Workbook - Guided For Women, Girls

Guys, I didn't forget about you I found Self-Care for Men: How to Look Good and Feel Great

This next item is a nice gender-neutral item;

52 Stress Less & Self Care Cards - Mindfulness & Meditation Exercises - Anxiety Relief & Relaxation. Pull one card a day that may help you cultivate a mindfulness practice.

Because soaking in a body of water has been proven to help reduce tension, relax the muscles, improve your immune system amongst other things I thought it only fitting to add the Everlasting Comfort Bath Pillow - Supports Head, Neck, and Back in Tub - Bathtub Cushion

I often believe a good bath and a warm cup of tea can make you feel a whole lot better. Try some tea from E&E Tea Company. This tea is all organic and they even allow you to create a blend specifically designed for you. I highly recommend you check them out.

Now yall know I love yall and I care about your hydration. The winter months bring on the ASHHHHH. I use shea butter from Leilani's Nectar to make sure I don't look like I've been rolling around in flour.
