Now that we have that out of the way let's get to it.
I want to keep it light. We are very close to 2022 and with seasonal affective disorder lingering its ugly head around bouncing from house to house, Corona transforming into Optimus Prime, and the holiday season stressing everyone out I think we all need to show ourselves a little extra love. If you are like me you give gifts all year round so you may not plan on giving gifts or you don't care if they come before Christmas or during Kwanza. Next, we have the Light Therapy Lamp. I love my light therapy lamp. As I've shared before I don't get enough actual sunlight during the winter months so I invested in a light therapy lamp. I've noticed a drastic change in my winter mood since adding this to my self-care kit.
